One of the hardest challenges I've ever had to face was breaking the chains holding me back. I'm not talking physical chains, but mental chains, telling me I shouldn't do this, I'd be rubbish at this, it'd be no use. Now I'm starting to work on sharing worksheets that outline the very same steps and thought processes I use to get myself over the initial hump of 'should I do this' and onto the stage of 'Just Do It'.
